So I first discovered this artist when I played S4League which is an MMO first person shooter game. The art here is I guess what I would call "glass-like". I'm not entirely sure how it's done and I would actually ask him what program he uses buuuuuuut he's Korean. XD So I will keep trying to experiment to try and get the same feel. His work for S4League was easy to find on the official website but his original works were harder since he's only registered in the Korean google search engine.
